SELF-INSURED

UR Partner is able to support Self-Insured programs whether internally conducting the full administration, or utilizing a TPA to administer parts of the program.  We're well-versed in supporting a full set of services including Medical Record Reviews, Specialty Bill Reviews, Document Preparation and Chronology, etc.  Or, if only a subset of services are needed, we can accommodate on an as-needed basis.

LEGAL DEFENSE FIRMS

Our Clinical Peer Reviews add value to any situation or case related to injury claims. Our service offerings are particularly effective in litigated or potential litigious claims, and the applicability of clinical expertise in the management of legal cases is wide-ranging.

Specifically for carrier defense work and injury claims, Medical Record Reviews can be employed to address causation, extent of liability and reasonable, and necessary treatment.  In some cases, medical bill analysis and fair and reasonable reimbursement information is necessary; UR Partner provides this service (alone or coupled with peer reviews in a combined report).

MEDICARE SET ASIDE

UR Partner can conduct preliminary level or complete reviews in support of the Medicare Set Aside process.  Variations of these reviews may include Medical Necessity and/or Drug Regimen based on evidence-based guidelines and best practices, as well as detailed Specialty Medical Bill Review / Re-pricing to identify the specific, applicable costs associated with a settlement.
